We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract mandated by data privacy laws that guarantees that they process personal data of our website visitors only based on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Analytics and advertising

etracker

Our website uses the services of etracker GmbH from Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) to analyze usage data. We do not use cookies for web analysis by default. If we use analysis and optimisation cookies, we will ask for your explicit permission separately in advance. If this is the case and you agree, cookies are used to enable a statistical coverage analysis of this website, a measurement of the success of our online marketing measures and test procedures, e.g. to test and optimise different versions of our online offer or its components. Cookies are small text files which are stored by your internet browser on your device. etracker cookies do not contain any information which would enable the identification of a user.

The data generated by etracker on behalf of the provider of this website is processed and stored by etracker exclusively in Germany and is therefore subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently tested, certified and awarded the data protection seal of approval.

Data processing is based on the legal regulations of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f ( authorized interest) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Our request in terms of the DSGVO ( authorised interest ) is the optimisation of our online offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our visitors is important to us, the data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as the IP address, registration or device IDs, are anonymised or pseudonymised as soon as possible. No other use, combination with other data or transfer to third parties will take place.

Completion of an outsourced data processing contract

We have entered into an agreement with etracker for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using etracker.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.

6. Plugin and Tools

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
